What are the benefits of the KinetaCore Membership?

The KinetaCore Membership is an annual subscription service that allows members access to special dry needling content, videos, marketing materials, and the opportunity to advertise in our Find a PT feature on our website. KC Membership is a feature open to all clinicians who have previously taken a KinetaCore course. Those who have completed FDN1 gain access to Level 1 subscription content, and those who have graduated Level 2 gain access to both Level 1 and Level 2 content.

The KC Membership content includes brand new hi-definition, professionally edited, step-by-step technique videos as narrated by Dr. Edo Zylstra. This valuable tool will help you as you leave your course and begin practicing on your own with full confidence and mastery. Then, advertise your new specialty in our Find a PT feature, which allows patients and other providers from all over search for a KinetaCore-trained dry needling provider…and find you!


How do I purchase the KinetaCore Membership?

Go to www.kinetacore.com. Under the “Members” tab you will find the KinetaCore Membership page, where you can purchase the membership.

How do I use a discount code when purchasing?

Click here to purchase the KinetaCore Membership. At the bottom of the screen you will see a gray box for the Discount Code. Please fill in your credit card information, type in your discount code, and choose “Apply Discount”. Your credit card will not be charged until you select the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.


How do I unsubscribe from the KinetaCore Membership?

To unsubscribe from the KinetaCore Membership, log in to your MyKinetaCore account, click on Subscription History, and Cancel.


What is the refund policy?

We offer a discount rate of $179 on the annual KinetaCore Membership renewal. Membership access will be automatically renewed each year by charge to the credit card on file. A confirmation receipt of the auto-renewal will be emailed to your address on file.

As with all automatic memberships of this kind, no refunds are offered on purchases once they are processed.

You can view, update, and manage your MyKinetaCore Membership subscription in your MyKinetaCore account under the heading ‘MySubscriptions.’ In this section, you can edit your MyKinetaCore profile, update your payment information, cancel your membership and view your membership details.


What happens if my credit card is declined or expired?

After the trial period has expired your credit card will be charged the rate of $179 for your annual KinetaCore Membership. You will receive an email receipt for this charge. After this initial charge has been made, you will not be eligible for any refund should you choose to unsubscribe. You will receive a receipt for each year you choose to continue with your annual KinetaCore Subscription.

If your credit card is declined or expired, you will be prompted with an emailed notice to update your payment information.  If you do not update this information after 2 notices, your access will expire.


How will I know when my membership will auto-renew?

Set a reminder on your calendar. Your membership will start the day you register. After your 90 days of free access (if you have a promotional code), you will be billed $179 annually. You will receive a receipt when your card is billed.

How do I edit my Find A Therapist listing?

Step 1: Log in to MyKinetaCore
1) Go to www.KinetaCore.com
2) Select Login (top R side of screen)
3) Click on MyKinetacore Login
4) Username: This is the email address you used to register for/purchase your KinetaCore courses and membership.
5) Password: This is the password you set up when you registered/purchased your KinetaCore courses and membership. If you do not remember you password, click on the “Forgot your Password? Click here” link and you will receive an email to reset.

Step 2: Update Find A Therapist Profile
From the MyKinetaCore Homepage
6) Click My Profile (under the MyInfo heading)
7) Click on My KC Profile tab
8) Enter/Edit your Profile infomation
9) Upload your picture
10) Click “Update Profile” button to save

Step 3: To View your Profile in the Find A Therapist feature
1) Go to www.KinetaCore.com
2) Click on the Find A Therapist tab
3) Enter your name


How do I access my Supplemental Course Content?

The video and discussion forums that supplement the KinetaCore course(s) you have successfully completed can be found in Moodle, our online learning platform. You will be able to access this content after 1 full business day.  Your access can be found via the Moodle Login on the home page of the website, following the instructions below.

To log in to Moodle:
1) Go to www.KinetaCore.com
2) Select Login (top R side of screen)
3) Click on Moodle Classroom Login
4) Username: This is the email address you used at registration and must be entered, all lowercase.
5) Password: Moodle1# (case sensitive). You may change your password after initial login.

*We recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser of choice.


What if I cannot log in?

Check to make sure you entered the email you used to register for your course, all lowercase.
Make sure you are using the password you set up when you first registered for your KinetaCore courses and membership. If you do not remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link and you will receive an email to reset.
You might also try from a different device or web browser.


What if I cannot upload my photo for the Find A Therapist feature?

Check to make sure your photo is a jpeg image, is not too large of a file, and fits the parameters necessary for uploading.


What if I cannot find my listing under the Find A Therapist feature?

Make sure you search by name, zip code, city, state or 2-letter state code.


What if my videos are not working?

Look in your main dashboard in Moodle to see if there are any notices that identify current problems with the videos.
