Intramuscular Manual Therapy aka Dry Needling is accepted internationally as a tool of physical therapy.

Physical Therapy clinicians throughout the country are working with their state boards to gain acceptance of this technique.

North Carolina IMT/TDN State Status

Due to the following excerpt from the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners website, Kinetacore courses do qualify as we are endorsed by the State of Colorado's Physical Therapy Board, however Kinetacore requires a log of 200 TDN sessions prior to taking Level 2, therefore NC participants will either have to audit level 1 again ($199 Charge) or visit a Kinetacore sponsored clinic for 40 hours of clinical instruction at an additional cost.
