Study MaterialNote: The Level 1 TDN/ IMT course is an extremely intensive course with a large focus on anatomy. There is a requirement for strong palpation skills, anatomy knowledge of muscle function,
nerve innervation and pain referral patterns (Myotomes &
Dermatomes). Reading articles & research is highly recommended for
theoretical information but not required. Plan to study anatomy in advance as well as theoretical information over the weekend of the course for the written tests.

* Click here to access TDN log. This is required before taking Level 2. Save this file now so that you have it available at the completion of the course. It is required that you use this specific format for the log and that it is typed, not handwritten. This will be due 2 weeks before the level 2 course. You will e-mail it to lesley@kinetacore.com 2 weeks prior to the level 2 course you choose to take.

Chan Gunn’s book Treatment of Chronic Pain Travell and Simons Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual Volume 1 and Volume 2. Any anatomy book or CD for the pelvic floor/pelvic girdle musculature Muscles to be covered in this Advanced Course will be:

treatment will be taught in labs.
