Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration:

- 2 weeks or more prior to the course date, we will provide you with a refund minus a 15% administrative fee, or you may transfer your registration to another course date at no charge.  Course date must be within 6 months of original course date.

- Within 2 weeks of the course date, we will not provide a refund of any kind, but may allow you to transfer your registration to another course date within 6 months of the original course date you registered for.

Kinetacore reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.  If a course is canceled due to weather or low enrollment, a full refund will be given for course registration.  Kinetacore is not responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to cancellation of the course other than the registration fee, travel costs will not be refunded in any manner. Kinetacore will make every attempt to contact you as soon as the mentioned circumstances occur.
